Refunds and Returns

At our store, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. However, the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted:

 

Return Conditions

• The item must be unused.
• The item must be free of stains, odors, damages, or signs of washing.
• The item must be in its original condition as purchased.
• Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order number, email confirmation) must be provided

Notes

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, and will be issued via the original payment method.
